Each year, the City of Duncanville and the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce hosts the State of the City Address. The Mayor and the Superintendent of Duncanville ISD present speeches that summarize the City’s state over the past year. The Mayor also presents the Mayor’s State of the City Address and Awards of Excellence. This year’s recipients of the Mayor’s Awards of Excellence are Frost Bank (Tim Maiden, SVP and Community Leader at Frost Bank pictured on the left), and Ten Hagen Excavating, Inc. (Scott and Sheri Ten Hagen pictured on the right).
Frost Bank: Frost Bank has been a great edition to the Duncanville Community. On top of their award-winning customer service, Frost Bank continues to be a good community partner. Throughout the past year, Frost Bank has supported several community events and sponsored charitable activities to help make Duncanville a better place to live. They have supported the Duncanville High School Students, Duncanville Community Theatre, the 2017 Heart of Duncanville 5K Race, and numerous Chamber events. We are glad to have Frost Bank here in Duncanville.
